1700 – 2200: Transportation between Hotels for Check In / Registration
1 bus – Continuous shuttle between hotels
Additional stop (as required) to include Informal Reception (1700-2000)
Friday 6 OCT 23
0800 – 1500: Continuous Shuttle between Each Hotel & Academy
2 buses (1 bus from each hotel / continuous shuttle from Hotels to Academy)
0900-1730: Yard Shuttle
1 mini-bus – Continuous shuttle on the Academy grounds
