Details
This will likely be the biggest reunion celebration of our lives! At 20 years many of us will bring the entire family; by our 40th reunion we're likely to be back to adults only. Based on feedback from our last reunion all of the events for our 20th reunion can be paid for a la carte. Pricing is provided to you with a discount encouraging you to attend our two main events: the Friday night dinner and the Saturday tailgate. We're fortunate to have Kit Vallhonrat leading our volunteer classmates on our reunion committee to make the a la carte option possible.

Some of our reunion events are free, which you'll see when you go through the registration process. Even with a family of four, the cost to attend all of the reunion events should still be less than the combined cost of airfare and a hotel room for the weekend. That's a roundabout way of saying that you will find the total cost, if you attend all reunion events, more expensive than our last reunion which is due to a). inflation, b). a la carte pricing, c). one registration fee per family (see below), d) higher quality events and venues, and e). more events than in any of our previous reunions. To be sure, yes, even the reunion committee and our class officers, including Kit and me, pay full price for the reunion.

Don't forget that our reunion tailgate is inside the stadium so you'll at least need to buy a general admission ticket from NAAA to attend the tailgate or you can purchase tickets in our block seating area while supplies last.

$93 Registration Fee
This year we have a registration fee of $93 (it's only paid once per family). This fee is used to bring the immediate families of our fallen classmates to our 20 year reunion. Reunion Events Costs
(Some events listed on the registration website are free and they're not listed below. For planning purposes, we still need you to register for the free events, too.)

Reunion Registration Fee-MANDATORY-: $93 per family

Job Networking Event: $25 per classmate (spouse is free)

Golf: $85 per player

Friday Night Dinner Reception Only: Adults $80, Children 12–20 $35, Children 6–11 $15, 5 & under Free

Tailgate Party Only: Adults $99, Children 12–20 $43, Children 6–11 $20, 5 & Under Free

Combined Friday Dinner & Tailgate (Discount): Adults: $152, Children: 12–20 $67, Children: 6–11 $30, 5 & under Free.
If you choose this option do not choose "Dinner Reception Only" or "Tailgate Only."
Savings is worth $27/adult, $11/adolescent, and $5/child.

20th Reunion - Update #2

Two new updates, the first regarding football tickets & the tailgater and the second is about hotel rooms:

Football tickets & Tailgater

The class tailgater will be held in the 1953 Pavillion, which means that you will need to purchase a football game ticket to attend the tailgater. This also means real restrooms and not porta-potties. Per Kit:

We are all set for tickets in the NAAA queue, but they don't put them on sale until mid to late Feb. Seats in section C and D are reserved in a block of 850 total for our class - $50 each - purchased online or over the phone directly from NAAA. They cannot/will not divide by company or other smaller group. General Admission will also be available (standing room, no seat reserved) at a cheaper price point ($25-$35) but these cannot be reserved and will be available on first come first served basis.
Hotel Room Update

An Update on the Hotel reservations:

Sheraton Annapolis: In the first 24 hours we filled our allotment of 3 night room reservations (Thurs, Fri and Sat). Accordingly, we have expanded it a bit. If you found that the website said it was "sold out" try again (http://goo.gl/Su6Th) and you should find it is now available. If you want to do anything outside of the structure of the website offering please call the hotel directly at 410-266-3131 and ask to speak with Chris Foster.  For example, if you want to reserve 4 nights, she can set that up manually (you will find that Wednesday is at a cheaper rate.)
For the other hotels, the following interactive Google Map will allow you to click on the location and go directly to the hotel's website for 1993 if it is available. More information on our 20th class reunion

Obviously, as early as we are, it is possible that few things may change in the next 9 months, but you can be assured that the major events will go as scheduled. We have reserved hotel rooms in blocks for our 20th reunion which is scheduled around the Air Force game on October 5th.  It is also boat show weekend and Annapolis will be crowded and fun!  We have reserved enough rooms to cover things comfortably.

Blocks are reserved for Friday and Saturday night with a few rooms available Thursday as well. Our home base is the Sheraton Hotel Annapolis. The small gathering for early arrivals will be there Thursday evening and busing to events on Friday and Saturday will start from there as well. Friday night's party location might be here at the Sheraton (it is one of two options we have still to decide.) The Sheraton is our main contract and commitment, and rooms are limited so, it's in your best interest to act fast.
